David Tudor: A View From Inside opens at the Pearlstein Gallery

David Tudor: A View From Inside opens today at Drexel’s Pearlstein Gallery and runs through March 21. Organized by Bowerbird for the centenary of Tudor’s birth, the exhibition brings together dozens of his personal electronic instruments with archival documentation and newly commissioned schematic drawings.

It was curated by You Nakai and Dustin Hurt, with the instruments provided courtesy of the Wesleyan University Department of Music and the Wesleyan World Instrument Collection. A series of concerts, talks, and gallery tours runs alongside it through March.
