Fjord Review on last month’s Pure Lucia

Merilyn Jackson of Fjord Review wrote about last month’s Pure Lucia at FringeArts, where Dustin Hurt, director of Bowerbird, paired Lucia Dlugoszewski’s music with the Erick Hawkins Dance Company after more than two years of research into her work. She singled out Space is a Diamond, with trumpeter Peter Evans, as the most captivating piece of the evening, and the 1963 Cantilever as the most striking of the dances.
