David Patrick Stearns pointed to our Julius Eastman festival as part of Philadelphia’s musical future and called flutist Emma Resmini “the latest discovery by Bowerbird” before her free Rotunda recital. He also traced our history back to our 2006 Feldman and Cage festivals.
